Woman we love – Abbey Clancy

Abbey Clancy tells us she was “a horrifically ugly child” in the cover interview of our August issue. Hmmm, not sure we’re going to buy that one. It’s easier to believe her when she admits to having always cared about her looks. “I’ve always been a bit of a poser. I was chucked out of ballet lessons for looking in the mirror.” After this stunning shoot with photographer Solve Sundsbo and stylist Katie Grand, it’s perhaps no surprise that Abbey has more modelling ambitions to fulfil – specifically, to one day become a Victoria’s Secret Angel. “I used to say if it happened I’d die happy.” She might not be the only one.
